   Compared to two weeks ago, Holstein cows sold steady to 100.00 lower.
Demand moderate. Holstein bulls sold firm on a very light test. Springing 
Holstein heifers sold mostly steady to 50.00 lower. Not enough short bred 
heifers for a market test but a weak undertone was noted. Open Holstein 
heifers sold with a steady to weak undertone on a very light test. Demand 
moderate. Wednesday's supply included 185 fresh milking cows, 30 springing 
cows, 75 bred cows, 102 springing heifers, 8 bred heifers, 17 open heifers, 
and 7 bulls. One hundred percent of reported supply Holsteins unless 
otherwise noted. All sales sold on a per head basis.
