USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on Choice and weak on Select on light to moderate 
demand and light offerings. Select and Choice chuck and loin cuts steady to weak 
while round cuts firm. Choice rib cuts lower while Select steady. Beef trimmings 
mostly sharply lower on light demand and light to moderate offerings.
